Impact Investment Project Slated for Potomac Town Center

Goldfarb Capital has been offered 30 acres for to build 240 multifamily units on this 256 acre tract at the Potomac Town Center in Ranson, West Virginia. As an active charter member of the Family Office Club we wanted to share this opportunity as it may be aligned with your investor mandate.

The city of Ranson is offering $2MM in grants for projects north of $10MM. As an impact investment Goldfarb Capital is open to a NMTC, LIHTC, Opportunity Zone, or a Co-GP.

Ranson is located 90 miles west of Washington, D.C. in the panhandle of West Virginia. The Potomac Town Center at route 9 has an AAWDT of 28,000 vehicles feeding into the FBI, ATF, IRS, and CBP compounds between Charles Town and Martinsburg, West Virginia.

There is also 34 acres earmarked for retail development, 50 acres for 193 single family homes, 10+ acres for 170 town homes, 24 acres for an active adult community with 90 lots, and 14 acres divided into 8 pad sites.  Additionally, Goldfarb is in talks with Food & Nutrition Group bring a c-store with branded fuels allow with 3-4 attached inline stores.  This fully entitled tract backs up to Hollywood Casino in Charles Town, WV.
